The value chain of main activities in the Company's value chain are as follow:

1. Material Sourcing
  • Strict selection of material based on the quality of the product to minimize the risk of depending on only one source and to gain comparative advantage in the market
2. Product Operation and Manufacturing
  • Relies on modern and high-technology operations to manufacture products that minimizes environmental risk while also considering the customers and employees’ safety as a primary concern
  • Engages with skilled engineers and employees who can quickly and efficiently solve unexpected problems within the factory
3. Product Distribution and Service
  • Currently have an inventory storage system and logistics that can efficiently distribute the products while minimizing damages
4. Marketing
  • Consists of an experienced team to explore new opportunities in the market and develop new marketing channels along with high-quality products that meet the demands of the market and customers
5. Post-Transaction Service
  • Fast and efficient post-transaction service, handling customers with care. Open to suggestions and areas of improvement from customers to strengthen the customers’ impressions towards the Company

Supporting Activities

The Company considers all ethical concerns that may affect the Company’s transparency or relationships with customers. The Company has developed a standardized procurement plans to increase the level of transparency for related parties. The procurement process must align with the Company’s approved strategy and budget. When approved, the invoice must match with what was agreed for this process. The involved parties of the procurement business consist of the board of procurement, bidding team, quality-check team, and competitors’ evaluation team. The Company will not transact with companies whose names are under the Anti-Money Laundering Office and companies with intransparent behaviors.

Evaluation of Stakeholders in the Value Chain

The Company performs evaluation of the Value Chain on behalf of the stakeholders in order to make sure to fulfill the stakeholders’ expectations. This evaluation will be conducted annually, and will be done in the form of surveys, meetings, or other interactive channels. All the suggestions will then be taken into consideration for improvements.
